Why do you CrossFit?

“I CrossFit because it works! Never have I come across another fitness program, sport, or recreational activity that has gotten me even close to the fitness level I am at today. CrossFit is the real deal! It teaches you how move safely and effectively, how to overcome adversity, and how to become a fitter person than you were the day before. It’s constantly varied, providing new challenges every day. CrossFit does not allow routine to make to exercising boring. Lastly, the community forged from the CrossFit gym is like no other. The members at a place like CrossFit Lake Placid are there to support your goals but can also bring out a competitiveness in you that drives you to achieve more than you ever thought possible.”

Why do you Coach?

“I coach because it allows me to share my passion with others. I’ve always been largely involved with all things health and fitness. I have seen the incredibly positive effects it has had on my own life in terms of strength and well-being, so I make it a goal of mine to help as many of those around me experience the same. If you are willing to put in the effort required for positive change, I will make it my mission to help you succeed.”
