The best part is, you don’t have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. And unlike your ordinary gym, we teach people how to move safely and correctly, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people. Just because you see some very fit members coming through our doors doesn’t mean they all started that way.
If performance training is more your speed, we have the expert coaching and resources you need to help reach your peak. We build strong, fast, and healthy athletes.
In addition to our CrossFit Classes and Personal Training, we also offer Nutrition Counseling and Lifestyle Medicine consultation from our in-house Doctor, Dov Rapoport, MD, to assist with weight loss and healthier eating strategies. read more
